Junket Very Vanilla Protein Ice Cream (Yields 1 Quart of Ice Cream)

1 Package Junket Ice Cream Mix

1 1/4 Cup of Whole Milk (or Substitute Full Fat Coconut Milk)

3/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream (or Coconut Cream)

1 Scoop Vanilla Plant Protein (Do Not Use Protein with Whey)

 

Ice Cream Maker

Combine Junket Ice Cream Mix, Milk, Heavy Whipping Cream, And Protein Powder in A Bowl.

Stir Until Completely Dissolved.

Pour into Ice Cream Maker and The Follow Directions for The Machine.

 

Without Ice Cream Maker

Combine Junket Ice Cream Mix, Milk, Heavy Cream, And Protein Powder in A Bowl.

Stir Until Completely Dissolved.

Pour Mixture Into 9” X 5” Pan and Freeze Until Firm.

Break into Chunks.

Put Chunks into Bowl and Beat with Electric Mixer Until Smooth.

Return to Pan and Freeze Until Firm.
